TAAM use Australia Post to send all orders. Orders are sent by either Express Post or Parcel Post and are charged based on the weight of the parcel. Please note collection from the school can be organised on a weekly basis if an agreement has been made with the school and Kool & The Crew.

TAAM uses PayPal for all online payments, PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Please note you can either log in using your PayPal account to pay or alternatively if you do not have a PayPal account you can input your credit card details directly into the PayPal secure site.

Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be posted same day (except on weekends and public holidays). All other orders will be sent out on the next business day. Orders should be delivered within 1-2 business days for Express Post and 3-5 days for Parcel Post. If there is an agreement with the school for a “collect from school” this will take place on a nominated day by the school once a week.

After an order is placed you will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal as well as an order confirmation from Kool & The Crew. Once your order has been processes and packed you will receive a completed order email from TAAM.
